TimeSync Documentation

What is TimeSync?

TimeSync is a real-time timer system designed for conventions & assemblies.

TimeSync enables the Convention Chairman to let the Language Chairman manage the timer for each talk in the program, which then shows the Speaker how he's progressing through his talk. Any other Overseers or department heads can get their own access to the system to view an overview of the current timer, and overall schedule.

TimeSync provides a powerful, yet simple way to manage timing for conventions & assemblies, and provide actionable information to the Convention Chairman to ensure the program remains ontime. If the program begins to fall behind, the Language Chairman is able to add time to the timer to catch up on lost time.
